just coming home after spending my day at the annual "rundgang", a kind of open doors, of the academy of arts in düsseldorf.
i like the atmosphere of this big building next to the rhine river( it was sunny weather...had a coffee along the riverside), where art-students present their classic, crazy, beautiful, conceptual, poetic, non-conformistic, mysterious ...and mostly non-commercial work to thousands of visitors every year.
for me also a nice occasion to meet some collegues and even some of my younger gallery-artists: maho maeda,chiharu miyamoto and sarah schleich.
