we talk a lot about old, traditionnal symbols representing china(all kind of animals, dragons, plants...)but i think the symbols of "new" china are the skyscrapers, which are the new landmarks growing in each city.
one of the most spectacular (by far not the highest-one) is the new building for the tv station by rem koolhaas, who should be finished for the olympic games.
